These signals are distributed to points in each flat or home enabling residents to receive the television service of their choice (the system also distributes DAB & FM Radio signals and CCTV as required) |

| MATV Master Antenna Television System An UHF Antenna System that serves a concentration of Television sets such as in Apartment Buildings, Hotels or Motels. |

| SMATV Satellite Delivered A community distribution system for signals received via Satellite, Terrestrial Networks or Radio. The number of households connected is usually limited. SMATV networks are used in some Small Housing Estates / Hotels / Multi-Family Buildings. |
